Description
Quick and healthy avocado chocolate protein balls to have as a postworkout snack or to satisfy late-night chocolate cravings.
Ingredients

- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 scoop or 25g Belgian chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sweetener
- 1–2 tablespoon oats(optional
Instructions
- Take scooped avocado, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener and oats if using into a blender jar.
- Pulse slowly. Apply oil to your hands and start rolling into desired size round balls.
- Roll in dried coconut flakes optionally and store them in the fridge before consuming.
Notes
Be prepared to deal with a sticky mixture, applying little coconut oil to hands helps.
Use oats at the end of the process if the mixture turns out too sticky.
Use a tablespoon of honey instead of sweetener if you like. Also adust the amount of sweetness according to your taste buds.
You could use 1/4 cup of any nut butter in place of protein powder.
Keep them refrigerated and stays good in the fridge for 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.
